Circumcision can be done for baby as early as 7 days of life till 6 months old. Higher complication rate if the doing circumcision after 6 months old.
Make sure the baby is not jaundice, the body weight is more than 2kg and free from any congenital or chronic disease eg: congenital heart disease.

Removal of suture : Removing the suture after circumcision especially in infected wound.
Removal of clamp : All type of clamp eg Smart klamp, Ismail clamp, Alis Klamp
Removal of solehring : In certain case where solehring still intact after 2 weeks
Dressing post circumcision : Infected circumcision wound are advice to do dressing after circumcision.
Control of bleeding: One of the complication of circumcision is bleeding.
Secondary suturing : Wound gaping after circumcision is rare and usually associated with infected wound. Secondary suturing are recommended to enhance the healing of circumcision wound .
